That’s exactly what US Bank, the fifth-largest bank in the U.S., decided to do with the release of their new Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite card. Instead of relying on 2-D methods to engage and captivate their audience, they wanted to go beyond the 2-D visual experience and immerse their customers in interactive content. And there is no better way to showcase the Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite card and educate customers on this new product than through a series of hosted events.

Taking The VR Experience to New Altitudes
We worked closely with the US Bank team to document every detail of the VR experience. Specifically, we focused on using visual elements that personified U.S. Bank’s message of “Life, Elevated.” Rather than focus on the perspective of day-to-day transactions, we created a virtual reality that travelers would love. The great outdoors.
VR experiences included flying through a scene like Cinque Terre and floating next to a hot air balloon while learning more about the product. The VR experiences were crafted to establish a strong connection between the beauty of traveling and the benefits of the Altitude Reserve Visa Infinite travel card.
Exceeding Expectations
VR experiences are exceptional at breaking through the noise and surrounding viewers with the intended messaging. Through the Samsung Gear VR headset, Social Media Influencers, notable bloggers, and other prominent online figures were amazed by the VR training experience they had taken part in at US Bank events.
