Hi, welcome to Foundry 45s. Today we have Kevin Marcum from Delta Air Lines. Hey Kevin, you’ve deployed a lot of VR training. Did you hit any roadblocks along the way, and if so, how did you overcome them?
Yes, we hit a couple roadblocks. They were mostly very easy to overcome. One of the roadblocks was space for the virtual reality in our operation. But the airports were able to find adequate space for them. One of the other roadblocks we had was a lot of the agents that we had out there using it had never used virtual reality before and also the local trainers that were administering the virtuality had never used virtual reality before. So it was a learning experience with them all along, but it’s such a very easy system to use that they overcame their roadblocks very quickly and are still using it actually.
