1 – INTAKE & FLOW DOCUMENTATION
The first step involves taking a close look at your existing training materials. Our experience in this area speeds up the process and reduces your time and participation in this phase up to 80%.
Our VR experts dive deep into your existing SOPs and content to craft flow docs that highlight every detail of your future VR experience. From the technology you’ll be using down to the voice-over copy, we’ve got the details covered.
Upon completion, this plan is sent to your subject matter expert (SME) to ensure accuracy, protecting you from issues down the road. From here, you are on the way to being able to see your VR experience in action.
2 – AGILE CREATION
Four to six weeks after the approval of your flow doc, you’ll receive a working prototype of your VR experience. Approximately every two weeks from that point, you get the opportunity to test each piece of your project until completion.
